<title>About the role</title>

As a Junior Legal Counsel based in Paris, you will support support senior lawyers and provide legal advice on commercial activities, sales and marketing, product development, roll out and expansion primarily in South West Europe, with a specific focus in France, Italy and Belgium.

You will have the opportunity to draft and manage terms of use for truly global products in the field of gig-economy and deal with topics such as privacy, consumer protection, marketing, intellectual property, payment services and advertising.

You will use strong business acumen to assist with scalable product strategies while assessing and mitigating the legal and compliance risks of Bolt.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Drafting and managing various agreements, end-user terms of use, consumer disclosures, and FAQs.</point>
• <point>Providing support for pre-litigations and litigations in your region, as well as coordinating external legal support.</point>
• <point>Identifying repetitive legal support requests and developing self-service resources, such as templates, playbooks and FAQs, to enhance team processes and efficiency.</point>
• <point>Providing day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders such as operations, product, business development and advertising teams.</point>
• <point>Coordinating advice with cross-functional stakeholders, including Tax, Privacy, Policy and Legal teams.</point>
• <point>Reviewing products, features, and initiatives to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have completed a legal qualification from a reputable law school, and have between 1 to 3 years of experience (excluding internships), preferably at a law firm or an international company. Prior in-house experience preferred.</point>
• <point>You are fluent in French and English.</point>
• <point>You have strong attention to detail.</point>
• <point>You are well at home with consumer protection, contract law and legal aspects of the gig-economy.</point>
• <point>You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems.</point>
• <point>You are proactive, an analytical thinker with a hands-on approach, and deliver your work on time.</point>
