Practice Manager/ Registered Nurse for a Wellness Center in Jumeirah

Ontime Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Practice Manager/Registered Nurse to join our Wellness Center in Jumeirah. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while also providing high-quality nursing care to our clients. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that our wellness center delivers exceptional health services and promotes holistic well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the wellness center, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
• Provide nursing care, including patient assessments, care coordination, and health education
• Supervise and support nursing and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Monitor clinical practices and outcomes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or feedback effectively
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs and services

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical nursing skills and experience in patient care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of wellness practices and holistic health principles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to continuous professional development in nursing and healthcare management
