Senior Systems Analyst

We have a career opportunity for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our MIS team. This person will be managing Vantagepoint projects and other program integration projects.

The Impact You Will Have

• Oversee all Deltek Vantagepoint improvements that have been identified on a wish list. Some of these include LinkedIn integration, Cornerstone (Learn) integration, Vendor verification, specialty Rail reports and a number of other projects including API’s to various programs.
• Work with Rail Division staff on the interface and reporting between Vantagepoint and Quickbase program.
• Manage Stripe credit card processing implementation, including management and related reporting.
• Fine tune Vantagepoint operations after go live. Make enhancements and add reports, dashboard tools, etc.
• Work with Project Manager’s Advisory Group (PMAG) to evaluate and implement planning tools for future integration.
• Help evaluate AI tools to create a project analytics module.  This includes Power BI, BST, Mosaic, etc.
• Database upgrades and testing before roll out of new versions of Vantagepoint.
• Implement Vantagepoint AI tools when available.
• Report design and management.
• Workflow design and maintenance.
• Serve as in house trainer and resource for all Vantagepoint questions.
• Training and mentoring all accounting and marketing staff in an ongoing manner to help bring all our staff levels up in the use of the platform.
• Oversee the current API’s and related reporting for the staffing database and PQMP, intranet etc., Intelagree, OpenAsset, ADP.
• Manage any M&A implementations from start to finish.
• Manage data updates for reorganizations such as consolidating two divisions, creating new divisions, etc.
• Importing individual chargeability goals, divisional chargeability goals, budgets, etc. Anything to do with importing/exporting/tables, etc.
• Database cleanup on a regular basis.
• Dashboard oversight and maintenance.
• Manage revenue methods and billing terms as needed.
• Create complex invoicing formats.
• Manage other corporate business function upgrades on the MIS side (projects like Intelagree rollout, Greenhouse, etc.) so that there is technical support on rolling these types of programs out.
• Research, recommend and implement advanced analytics for accounting and project management.
• Other projects as they arise.
