LOCATION:  Las Vegas, NV
WORK TYPE: Hybrid remote and onsite

 

To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer that will join our office in Las Vegas. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Being the 1st level of tech support
• Managing day to day IT operations
• Facilitate IT procurement, desktop support and active directory among other duties
• Collaboration with our global development teams
• Owning your office technology

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong background in the following products (Office, Windows 10/11, Azure, Intune, Jamf, KACE, Service Now)
• Understanding of basic Networking
• Experience mounting hardware into racks and smart hands support.
• Antivirus Software
• Asset management tools
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Positive, team player with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel to other US offices as needed

Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
