Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Handle in planning and executing daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise and mentor stores staff to ensure productivity and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Handle Vehicle receipt and despatch across all locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stores environment.
• Handle part procurement and follow up STO parts.
• Handle inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of Stores MHE/ equipment.
• Generate and analyse reports on Stores performance and make recommendations for improvements.
