We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to strengthen our cloud platform delivery through disciplined process management, metrics tracking, and stakeholder communication. This role serves as the operational backbone for complex government programs, ensuring compliance adherence, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement within our agile delivery framework.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain standardized delivery processes aligned with government requirements
  • Create and enforce quality gates, deliverable standards, and compliance checkpoints
  • Design process workflows that balance agility with regulatory compliance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for secure cloud delivery programs
  • Create executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for government stakeholders
  • Track program health indicators: schedule adherence, budget performance, quality metrics
  • Conduct regular program reviews and milestone assessments
  • Develop predictive analytics to identify risks and optimization opportunities
  • Facilitate program ceremonies: standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including federal employees, contractors, and technical specialists
  • Manage program communications, status reporting, and escalation procedures
  • Support contract deliverable preparation and government reviews
  • Ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations and security protocols
  • Maintain program documentation libraries and version control
  • Support security audits, compliance assessments, and customer reviews
  • Develop standard operating procedures and training materials

What you’ll need:

  • 2 years program/project management (or similar discipline) experience in government contracting or regulated environments
  • Experience with process improvement and metrics development
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
  • Experience with government compliance requirements and documentation standards

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management/Agile certification

Security Clearance:

  • Must have an active Secret level clearance   

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
