About the opportunityAs our Retail Customer Service Officer, you’ll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience. Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices. It’s our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one. And while they do, they’re supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and are guided on career development opportunities.  

Role Details

• 25 Hours per week, fixed term initially 6 months, Monday - Saturday Rotating Roster
• Relief role where you are required to work at multiple Post Offices within a specific area to include: Somerton, Tullamarine, Epping, Craigieburn, Gladstone Park and Thomastown
• Extensive, supportive training on commencement, from Monday - Friday, a 5 hour shift daily for initial 8 weeks
• Pay Rate $27.48 / hour increases to $29.37 / hour after ap
