Position Overview:
As the International Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in driving the implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Reporting to the CHRO, you will collaborate closely with the Swiss and local HR team as well as our international MDs to ensure a consistent and effective approach to HR practices across our international offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Develop strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly
- Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead the design and implementation of leadership development and succession planning programs
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness, including organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure a unified approach to organizational development
Talent Management:
- Lead the international talent retention efforts, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent
- Collaborate with local HR team or local MD to implement effective onboarding, training and development programs
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing and resolving workplace issues in a timely and effective manner
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Collaborate with Swiss HR team to develop and implement global compensation and benefit programs
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and industry best practices
Performence Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
- Drive a performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards high achievers
HR Analytics and Compliance:
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and provide insights to leadership
- Stay abreast of international labor laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance
The successful applicant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master degree or HR certification is a plus
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on international HR practices
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple countries
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment
- Strong project management experience
