We are seeking a Specialist Quality Engineer to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL.

Essential Functions
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or other appropriate discipline and nine (9) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Requires U.S. Citizenship. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience leading diverse teams through a product lifecycle
- Experience leading root cause and corrective action investagations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a close-knit team environment; highly motivated team player.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to a variety of situations.
- Must consistently meet commitments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field
- APQP Experience
