Baseball Camp Staff
• Assist with leading drills, games, and skill sessions for campers
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for youth players
• Set up and break down fields, equipment, and camp stations
• Serve as a role model and mentor to campers
• Work closely with Camp Manger and Junior Coaches and FBC Sports staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Engage with parents, participants, and fellow staff with professionalism
Minimum Requirements
• Recent high school graduate or current college student
• Background in playing high school or collegiate baseball preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with kids and teaching the game
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Valid Driver’s License
• Need proper working cell phone for communication purposes
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus (training may be provided)
• Must pass a background check
Salary: $8.00/Hourly
Closing: Upon Filling Position
