The Boeing Company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Program Integrator to join a team of Production Operation Integration Specialists primarily focused on the integration with Global Technical Operations (GTO) Functional Leaders, Business Partners, and Operations Teams. The role will provide the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and evolving team of like-minded professionals within the Global Technical Operations Team, delivering an integrated standardized approach to business and program planning to plan, prepare, propose, and execute contractual requirements.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

Member of team of program integrators and production operations specialists for Global Technical Operations (GTO). Works closely with the GTO functional teams, primarily focused on the utilization of  project management skills and principles to develop plans, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost, and risks.

• Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts.

• Supports program planning requests for the development of MRO and field activities.

• Leads the planning, development, maintenance or modification of program plans, recovery schedules and execution of projects for new work statement implementation.

• Manages projects to support strategic initiatives affecting the ability of the organization to achieve specific goals and objectives.

• Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.

• Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.

• Supports business unit level operating plans.

• Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.

• This role will provide the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and evolving team of likeminded professionals within the Global Technical Operations and Field Operations Team, delivering an integrated standardized approach to business and program planning to plan, prepare, propose, and execute contractual requirements.

• Communicates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements

• Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support site and SOW requirements and meet company strategy for work placement

• Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts

• Supports program planning requests for the development of MRO and Component Repair efforts

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• The ability to travel up to 10% of the time

• 5+ years’ experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and the ability to learn in house systems

• 5+ years project management experience

• 5+ years’ experience in MRO or field Maintenance/Modification operations

• Experience on Boeing Commercial Derivative aircraft, KC-46, KC-135, AWACS etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Experience building and maintaining projects in Microsoft Project Server

• Experience with new site activation processes
