Lead Product Manager

Credit Sesame is a financial app for consumers who want to be confident their finances are under control. The platform uses AI to help consumers achieve credit health and financial fitness by managing and growing their credit and cash together. An all-in-one app to monitor credit score daily, receive insightful credit improvement and finance recommendations, and find the right credit cards and loans.
We're looking for a seasoned data-driven, customer-centric Lead Product Manager to join our growing team! You’ll lead the platform growth team by collaborating with designers, web & app developers to build, measure and iterate around the end-to-end premium user journey from awareness to acquisition, activation & retention.

You will...

• Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and desires through various methods such as user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and requirements that prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Lead the ideation and development of new products, features, and enhancements that align with the company's vision and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring new products to market effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• Drive the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including defining project scope, setting milestones, and managing resources effectively.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and be adaptable to handle unexpected challenges in the product development journey.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions, prioritize features, and measure product performance against key metrics.
• Conduct A/B tests, user feedback analysis, and other experiments to validate assumptions and refine product features.
• Regularly report on product performance and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most up-to-date and relevant requirements and business priorities.
• Collaborate with the development team to break down features into actionable tasks and user stories, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including executives, marketing, sales, and customer support teams, to align product strategies with overall business goals.
• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a shared understanding of product direction.
