About the Role

We are looking for a Parts Product Learning Specialist to join our team. The Parts Product Learning Specialist is an Instructional Design professional, responsible for helping in the development of instructional materials and content to support effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Course Development: Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials, courses, and learning modules. 
• Needs Analysis: Facilitate thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives, target audience, and performance gaps. 
• Content Design: Design and develop interactive instructional content including, story boards, outlines, Learning activities. 
• Storyboarding: Assist in the creation of storyboards and outlines for instructional content, mapping out the flow and structure of learning materials. 
• Quality Assurance: Review and edit instructional materials for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness. Ensure that content meets instructional design standards and guidelines. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, stakeholders, and other team members to gather feedback and make improvements to instructional materials. 
• Evaluation: Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials and make recommendations for improvements. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Intermediate level knowledge in the Tekion CRM product 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design, communication, education, or a related field plus 2+ years of experience
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• A creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences
• Experience with instructional design software and e-learning platforms may also be preferred
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to create comprehensive learning materials 

Preferred qualifications

• Curriculum design, e-learning development
  • Analysis
  • Story Boarding 
  • Asset / module development
• Experience with the Articulate eLearning platform: Rise, Storyline, etc. 
• Experience with Agile project management theory.
• 1+ years of experience in a dealership role and/or 2+ years in a top tier consulting firm.  
• 1+ years of dealership or automotive experience
• Experience delivering assets and showing the impact of the work you have done.  
• An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver outcomes.  
• Walk-Me or similar tool

The salary range for this position is $72,800 - $123,200. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation off
