Manager, Microsoft Center of Excellence (Remote based in US)

This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that drive growth and adoption of M365 solutions within Tenet. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of the overall strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and adoption of Microsoft O365 solutions at Tenet/Conifer and USPI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of the overall strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Tenet and Microsoft to drive success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in M365, to ensure Tenet is maximizing its investment in Microsoft
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least ten (10) years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on M365.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Manages the organization’s suite of applications by determining each application’s ability to provide value to the business relative to its cost. Identify which applications to retire, grow or replace, repurpose or sustain.
- Develops a set of capabilities, including people, processes, and technology, to enable the transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for the purpose of business analysis.
- Manages the relationship between the business and IT in a formalized and transparent way that ensures a focus on achieving successful enterprise outcomes in support of strategic goals and within the constraint of budgets and risk tolerance.
- Manages the IT-related financial activities and prioritize spending through the use of formal budgeting practices. Provide transparency and accountability of the cost and business value of IT solutions and services.
- Bachelors of science degree in Computer Science, MIS or other technology related field.
- Minimum five years experience in the health care IT industry
- Experience working with business owners to identify use cases/scenarios, developing functional requirements, and navigating the selection of a solution
- Strong understanding of BPM framework, applications, and technologies;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interfacing regularly with senior leaders within Tenet
- Willing to take on new responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated to continue learning processes as portfolio is expanded and upgraded
- Excellent analytical skills
