Ferring+You

You will play a key role and is positioned at the core of a project and in the project team, interacting and collaborating directly with all contributing functions in pharmaceutical drug development such as CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Commercial and Technical Operations.

Your day at Ferring

• Enable effective collaboration in the Global Project Team by providing structure, clarity, and productive conflict management.

• Maintain team alignment and accountability while preventing silo-driven bottlenecks.

• Ensure the project stays on time, within budget, and in scope at the Global Project Team level.

• Facilitate team problem‑solving, decision‑making, and scenario planning.

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including cross‑functional dependencies and key documentation.

• Track and manage cross‑functional interactions, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Support the Project Leader and team in applying processes, tools, and frameworks (including PMO/Project Manual links).

• Contribute to reporting, governance, and external communication.

• Manage project‑level risks and apply standard risk management practices.

• Oversee and support processes related to the project‑level budget, including forecasting and variance management.

• Organize and track meetings, action logs, objectives, project schedules (including Planisware), baselines, gates, and milestones.

• Maintain and monitor risk/issue logs and support recurring reporting (portfolio prioritization, scorecards, leadership governance).

• University degree

• +5 years’ experience in Pharma Industry in project management role

• +5 years’ experience in project and portfolio management

• Process planning, organizational and controlling skills

• PPM system experience

• PMP accreditation
