Unit Manager RN

Location: Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Roseburg, OR)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Weekend call rotation required) 

Compensation: Starting at $108,000/YR + (Salaried, pay is based on licensed experience)

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable healthcare professional to join our leadership team as a Unit Manager RN. 

 

Summary:
The Unit Manager RN will direct the daily functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.

 

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN)) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.
• Previous experience in a long term care facility (preferred), or other health care related facility (required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
