Within CO+I, the strategic Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing growth of the Microsoft Cloud and our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets.
The Global Supply Chain Process Integration Senior Program Manager will support strategic initiatives to streamline processes, enhance system functionalities, and mitigate operational risks, resulting in measurable improvements in productivity and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you will partner and establish relationships by building trust with internal and external stakeholders and develop/execute strategies which meet business outcomes.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates are required relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate should be a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives with results through engagement with external and internal partners and have a solid business acumen. The candidate will be a problem solver and be resourceful, able to drive change, creative and willing to work with and through others to be successful.
Analytics and Tools
- Support the vision, strategy and delivery of technical solutions and address highly complex challenges and opportunities by driving cross-team coordination for the business.
- Coordinate translation of complex opportunities and problems into business requirements and roadmaps to address the business needs.
- Prioritize complex problem and solution areas as you guide others in identifying experiences that will address business goals.
- Define success criteria and performance metrics for the business and help others understand KPIs, OKRs, and other success measures.
- Support user testing to determine the end-user experience and evaluate the performance of complex technical solutions.
- Act as a trusted voice for business and technical team and prepare business users for complex changes due to the implementation of new technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to support the design and implementation of technical solutions that meet the requirements for the business.
- Acts as the single point of contact for all system queries directed at the business teams and ensure proper guidance and support is provided to the technical teams.
- Review, analyze and maintain data to ensure data consistency to support benchmarking and historical data capturing.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Directs cross-functional teams and drive seamless collaboration and optimization of operational efficiency of systems across the business.
- Creates an inclusive team environment for driving alignment and decision making with functional stakeholders related to the development of technical solutions to ensure effective implementation and deployment.
- Coordinates with each group individually and synthesizes their needs considering a variety of demands and constraints to drive action efforts across teams that align with business objectives.
