Schedule: Schedule: This is an In-person position, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Wage Range: $20.70 – $22.90, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Position Overview:
Under the general direction of the Nurse Manager and Medical Director, this position assists the day to day operations of the medical Teams, which assists in maintaining department/clinic efficiency. Ensures all Clerk duties are completed in accordance with NARA’s guidelines, philosophies, and objectives. Promotes a positive work environment and act as a positive role model to the Medical Team and other medical staff. Works closely with the Nurse Manager to address any known issues as needed.
Provides support to Nurse Manager and Medical Assistant staff; coordinates break and lunch coverage throughout the day as well as assists in scheduling for staff absences. Assists with scheduling, and training and set-up and oversight as directed by the Nurse Manager and Medical Director. In support of patient care, and with the guidance of the Nurse Manager provides a variety of administrative duties for the Medical Team. Works flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends, as necessary.

- Be available to work evenings or weekend and overtime as needed at multiple or more than one location.
- Maintain excellent attendance, timeliness, and dependability.

- Ability to be flexible in a changing and high paced environment.
- Create or provide reports as requested by management.
- Assist with Monitors patient flow throughout the day, including waiting times in the exam room, helps problem solves and addresses issues to ensure delivery of quality patient services.
- Informs Nurse Manager of any urgent issues or concerns (patient, staffing, and facility issues).
