A Poolwerx Retail Pool Store Manager is responsible for the management and leadership of the store by overseeing and driving daily sales performance; maintaining service and operational standards; supervising, coaching, counseling, and training staff on sales programs; ensuring adequate staffing; and providing superior customer service. Retail Pool Store Manager Responsibilities: 

• Provide a reliable, exceptional, and professional customer experience and follow up with every customer every time.
• Build innovative sales training and marketing campaigns that support and deliver sales targets.
• Provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and improve performance
• Actively participate in the marketing and retail of the store.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace that encourages teamwork, creativity, and exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory, schedules, and daily store operations effectively
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Two years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields
• Two years of sales, retail, and customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales and retain customers
• Excellent writing skills and client-facing skills 
• Sales Training experience
• Email marketing experience preferred
• Facebook and social media engagement experience
