The work:
- Kick-start your project management career by immersing yourself with classroom and on-the-job training
- Support the service delivery or product team(s) by managing resources, projects, and budgets
- Develop and execute demand management processes to improve efficiency of both large and small groups
- Create training and educational materials on standard management requirements or project governance
- Be a team player, supporting your colleagues and the client
Here’s What you Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Bonus Points If:
- Work experience (or student athlete) AND student leadership responsibilities
- Have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a Business-Related Field
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Access, Excel, SharePoint, Project, Word)
- Experience with any or all of the following: status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, finance reporting, time reporting, expense reporting, resource tracking, deliverable tracking, issue and risk tracking, change control management, and service management reporting
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
- Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $53,400-$79,899 and information on benefits offered is here.
