What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Maintenance experience required (multifamily experience preferred)
• HVAC experience required; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) a strong plus
• Ability to perform general apartment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair
• CPO certification and pool maintenance experience are a plus
• Must be able to take after-hours/on-call rotation
• Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members
• Ability to walk property grounds regularly and work in outdoor conditions

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and oversee all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests efficiently and with high-quality workmanship
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Respond to emergency and after-hours repair needs
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance at all times
