We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an Italy Commercial PMO Intern.

You’ll join of our Italy Commercial Department in Nuvola, our HQ in Torino, as an integral part of the Italy BU.
As an intern, you will work closely with various business functions to help identify, analyze and optimize key processes.

 

�� Your day-to-day activities: 

• Analyze and map existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions. 
• Develop and update KPIs to measure the success of projects and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, define clear objectives and monitor progress. 
• Draft reports and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.

�� Who we’re looking for:

•    You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: February 2025
•    You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!  
•    You have a Master’s degree in Management Engineering
•    You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
•    You’re digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas
•    (And if you’re a coffee lover....that helps!)
