Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional and behavioral challenges in an intense, inpatient psychiatric setting. Located in MetroWest Orlando, FL, this position is responsible for supervising the performance of resident care activities and services, provisioning Clinical Case Management services to clients, and having oversight of Direct Support Staff.
Position Details:
Pay Range: This position starts at $19.25 / hour. Salary is based on relevant education and experience.
Schedule: 2nd shift

Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience:
- Prior behavioral health experience preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a residential treatment center preferred
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Must be able to complete a 2 week (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day in Orlando.
- Must be willing to be on call 24/7
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, & TB Test.
