Senior Treasury Analyst:

We are hiring a Sr. Treasury Analyst to play a critical role in the management of ServiceMaster’s financial resources, particularly around cash flow management and forecasting, and external debt compliance reporting.  In this role you will monitor and forecast cash flow weekly, forming a comprehensive knowledge of cash cadence and tracking down variances. You will also have the opportunity to assist with weekly, quarterly, and annual debt reporting and compliance, flag financial risks, maintain banking relationships, and support special projects as we look to integrate disparate systems and functions.

What you will do:

• Partner to develop and maintain the company’s direct 13-week cash flow forecast model. 
• Run the weekly update process with key stakeholders.
• Monitor weekly cash activity, monthly bank fees, and interest. 
• Prepare reporting to track variances against forecast.
• Partner with FP&A, accounting, and other key business stakeholders to consistently improve cash forecasting accuracy and provide support on business integration projects.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and efficiencies in cash forecasting and management processes.
• Oversee global daily cash position and monitor global cash status, including understanding all inflows and outflows from each account.
• Prepare treasury dashboard & presentations for review with senior management.
• Manage short and long-term funding needs, intercompany debt, and debt reporting as needed.
• Perform variance analysis, assist with ad hoc reporting, and create account reconciliations.
• Execute wires and conduct foreign currency trades as necessary.
• Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner; liaise with auditors as necessary.
• Provide support on special projects or additional duties when needed.

 What you will bring : 

• Bachelor's degree – accounting, finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in  Corporate finance, Treasury or commercial banking preferred
• Experience with Workday ERP preferred
• Experience using data analysis and dashboarding tools such as Alteryx and Power BI preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to operate under general guidance and direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite more generally
• Excellent time and project management skills; ability to rank and prioritize key tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Process improvement mindset; goes beyond identifying problems, suggests solution
• Understanding of general corporate finance activity and function
• Basic knowledge of commercial banking terminology
