Employer Branding Specialist

Our end-to-end technology solutions cover a wide range of needs for Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Insurance, Retail organisations, and beyond.We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR team in Athens and contribute to managing campaigns, crafting compelling content for internal and external platforms, coordinating career events, and contributing to internal and external communications. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for shaping, promoting and celebrating the employer brand of Qualco Group.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling Employer Branding content for internal and external platforms, showcasing our culture and values.
• Develop, track and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Constantly promote our Employer Value Proposition in all communications and ensure Employer Branding consistency, across content and channels.
• Propose and actively participate in internal and external Employer Branding projects and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends.
• Maintain and develop the Group’s career pages and corporate pages on online platforms.
• Organise and run career events, conduct interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and nurture communities (Brand Ambassadors) within the organisation.
• Act as an Employer Branding ambassador, ensuring a consistent tone of voice in all communications.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team on other sourcing and recruitment-related tasks, as and when required.
• Measure, monitor and report the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives and use data to continuously improve our strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Events, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years previous experience in Employer Branding and/or Recruitment Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience using them to promote employer brand messaging.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of creative content production and merchandise production processes.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to measure the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives.
