Key Responsibilities
Provide support to leaders in a collaborative environment to ensure business strategy is translated into wholesaler, advisor and client-focused experiences that are completed on time to drive business results and meet business partner goals.
Create and support project plans through launch, communicating status to key collaborators. Ensure timelines, budgets, and commitments are met and provide exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and collaborators throughout the process.
Ensure that meeting agendas facilitate actionable discussions in project meetings with core team and multiple levels of leaders and follow up with appropriate information and outcomes from meetings.
Ensure familiarity with a variety of priorities and programs and assist with implementing them to successful completion. Understand how initiatives tie together across multiple projects.
Build and maintain relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5-7 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in leading medium- to large-scale projects to successful completion and implementation.
Effective at building relationships; highly effective communication skills that include ability to articulate information to a broad audience.
Extremely organized and able to effectively prioritize.
Ability to identify and develop mitigation alternatives to issues or risks associated with assigned projects.
Demonstrated capability in standard office and project management applications (Microsoft Office).

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $91,600 - $123,700/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
