Responsibilities

Ensure property financial operations comply with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to support company goals and objectives.
Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain accurate and timely records of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenditures.
Lead, motivate, and inspire the finance team to meet performance and operational goals.
Uphold a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Promote financial literacy and empower team members through training and support.
Identify and report financial or operational risks and unsafe conditions promptly.
Select, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate finance department staff in accordance with company policies.
