The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

• We're looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Designer who will help us lead and accelerate the UX/UI efforts of our Retail Media Platform product. You’ll be responsible for creating simple, intuitive, and innovative experiences for eCommerce platform business operators and advertisers who want to run high-performance sponsored ad campaigns. As the UX lead, you will have the opportunity to work with the existing UX teams at Moloco, as well as shape the design team culture and practice, and represent design as a key strategic partner in the product development process. 

The Opportunity:

• The product already has a lot of traction due to its strong performance and technology. To scale our customer growth, we’re now heavily invested in design to make the product more intuitive and easy to use, and help our users make smart decisions. We need senior designers to help drive these initiatives
• Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define and design the product experiences for Moloco Cloud, our core product and the largest revenue driver
• Take a customer-centric approach to design, and leverage insights from user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Develop deep customer empathy, and encourage cross-functional teams to deepen their understanding of our customers
• Contribute to and further develop our design system
• Help level up the design practice
• Mentor other designers
• You will have a significant impact on the product vision, how customers interact with the product and define a new way of how companies can use machine learning to grow their business 

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• 6+ years of experience designing for software products that customers love
• A strong portfolio of relevant design work that conveys an ability to ship successful products and demonstrates fluency in user-centered design methods, storytelling, data visualization, and interaction design
• A team player and facilitator who can collaborate effectively with everyone from designers to engineers to leaders. Engage with teammates with clarity, openness, and curiosity
