A Taste of What You'll Do

Join our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator and play a key role in keeping our supply chain moving. You’ll operate clamp trucks and forklifts to pick customer orders, load and unload trailers and rail cars, and put away finished goods with care and efficiency. You’ll also support inventory accuracy through scanning and WMS tasks, perform routine cycle counts, operate stretch wrappers and floor scrubbers, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. Training and regular recertification for powered industrial truck operation are provided and expected.

 

We’re looking for people who follow safe work practices, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams to meet performance goals. You’ll read and apply technical training, support continuous improvement, and use basic computer skills to complete job tickets and inventory updates. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to quality and safety help you succeed here. We value professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward change.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.
• Required to work overtime as needed.
• Required to work any assigned shift.
• Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.
• Must be able to certify and re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained, as required.
• Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
• Accepts constructive feedback and alters behavior accordingly.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

SHIFT: You must be willing to work any of the following: 12hour Nights:  6p - 6a, 2-2-3 Schedule OR Second: 3:30p - Midnight, Monday - Friday OR Grave: 11:30p - 8a, Sunday Night - Friday Morning
