Shipping & Production Associate

Provide primary operational support for shipping, receiving, and logistics in a high‑volume printing and production environment

Prepare, pack, label, ship, and receive printed materials, finished products, and supplies with a high level of accuracy and timeliness

Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, postage standards, and carrier guidelines

Operate high‑volume duplicating and production equipment as needed to support print operations
-
Assist with sorting, finishing, bindery support, quality control (QC), and final product inspections prior to shipment

Coordinate outgoing shipments, track deliveries, and manage interactions with couriers and freight carriers

Apply appropriate postage and handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and fax transmissions

Organize, stage, and distribute materials throughout the site to support production workflow

Maintain accurate shipping documentation, inventory records, and logs

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace safety standards

Provide bindery support, QC checks, file and document services as required

Deliver customer service support, including occasional front‑desk and telephone coverage

Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and vendors

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall site operations
