Job Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with planning and implementing classroom activities and lessons.
- Provide individual and small group instruction to students in academic and social emotional areas.
- Supervise students during lunch, break, and recess periods.
- Assist with student behavior management and conflict resolution.
- Collect behavior data and support in implementing behavior plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Assist with daily living activities (i.e. toileting)
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Training:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- Prefer Associate Degree
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year as a paraprofessional working with students with ASD/behavior challenges.
- Experience collecting behavior data and implementing IEP/BIP
- CPI Trained (Current)
