Senior DevOps Engineer with Java

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced DevOps Engineer with an Automation Test background for our client in Europe. This role is only for candidates located in Europe!

Contract Details:

• Initial Contract: 6-month full-time contract (Renewals based on performance and budget approval)
• Location: Remote (with occasional travel to The Hague) supporting CET business hours - must be located in Europe (Nearshore)
• Travel Costs: Paid by UltimateQA
• Start Date: February

Responsibilities:

• Senior-level experience of managing and administering Linux-based systems.
• Experience with cloud deployments, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering.
• Knowledge of configuring Kubernetes-based infrastructure, networking policies, LBs, deployment strategies and cluster security.
• CI/CD pipeline building tools (git, maven, Jenkins).
• System monitoring experience (Prometheus and Grafana preferred).
• Ability to write Dockerfiles, Jenkinsfiles, and Helm charts.
• Cloud automation and infrastructure provisioning (Ansible preferred).
