The Role

As a Commercial HVAC Estimator / Inside Salesperson, you will play a key role in supporting contractors, engineers, and customers by preparing accurate project bids, providing technical guidance, and ensuring orders are processed smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your technical expertise and attention to detail will directly impact project success.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate project bids and detailed quotations based on plans and specifications.

• Track bids through the entire sales process, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Assemble submittal and O&M documentation for customers.

• Confirm approved drawings are received before ordering equipment.

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to provide cost-effective solutions.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

• Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

• Maintain records and manage bids using CRM and internal software.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in plan/spec or estimating.

• Skills: Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, CRM, Eclipse software).

• Strengths: Technical understanding of HVAC systems, strong communication skills, and proven problem-solving abilities.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
