Technical Program Manager MUST BE USC, GC, OR PERM RESIDENT

6 MONTH Contract 1099 or Corp to Corp Dallas TX / Bentonville AR / Sunnyvale CA

Responsibilities:

1. Managing technical project and program of large-scale, distributed software applications.

2. Working with cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.

3. Defining project scope, working with product and business teams and collecting business requirements.

4. Driving software development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion.

5. Creating schedules, identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders, defining risk mitigation strategies, and facilitating appropriate software engineering solutions a plus

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Requires Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in the job offered or as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or a related occupation.

2. Must have experience in the following skills: managing projects for large-scale software applications, managing projects across cross-functional teams, change control management, and release process.

Job Duties: Coordinates projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Requires a bachelor's degree

Project is for MAP:

- net new

- Data for ad partners

- They have a Data lake, one point of source for all the data needs

- program on SQL server, centralize the data, from various sources, move away from SQL Server

Interact with multiple teams, own scrum, migrate the data in GCP
