Clinical Manager-Murray Orthopaedics-Full Time

The Clinic Manager is responsible for managing all clinical staff (ie: scheduling, supervising, training, etc.) and operational aspects within the assigned clinic(s) in an effort to provide excellence in customer service, quality, cost, and deliver positive performance in alignment with MCCH’s strategy, goals and values. The RN Clinic Manager serves as a liaison between Medical staff and other clinical staff coordinating the day-to-day operation of clinic services in an effort to provide quality health care to our patients. This position works in close cooperation with the Executive Director of Physician Practices, however, must exhibit initiative and independent action in accomplishing their job duties.

Minimum Education Requirement

• Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active nursing license in the state of KY

Minimum Work Experience: 

• Minimum of two years of recent practice experience
