About the role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support two senior executives. You'll report to our SVP of Strategy & Planning and our SVP of Marketing, helping keep everyone organized, informed, and balanced.

• You will manage busy schedules and prioritize tasks independently
• You will provide necessary information and materials for meetings
• You will handle email and other communications, delegate tasks, and flag priority issues
• You will juggle multiple high-priority projects and see them through to completion
• You will arrange complex travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and manage expenses
• You will identify and implement systems to boost efficiency
• You will work with other Executive Assistants to support senior management and facilitate teamwork

About You

• 8+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting executives
• You have built positive relationships at all levels and with diverse external partners
• You have proven efficiency and organizational skills in managing a large workload globally
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and task prioritization

• You are flexible and adaptable in a growing company
• You are discreet and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.Pay Transparency - Culver City, CA$38—$48 USD
