THE ROLE
As the Associate Manager, Project Management – Commercialization, you’ll be at the heart of bringing bold, consumer-loved ideas to life within SC Johnson’s Lifestyle Brands Business Unit—home to iconic, purpose-driven brands like method and Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day. This is your opportunity to champion innovation from the ground up, leading cross-functional teams as products evolve from a spark of inspiration into meaningful experiences on shelves and in homes around the world.
In this highly visible role, you will own and orchestrate the full commercialization journey—guiding products through ideation, design, development, launch, and post‑launch review. Your leadership ensures each product not only meets performance and consumer expectations, but also reflects the creativity, integrity, and sustainability values that define our brands.
You will thrive here if you’re energized by complexity, passionate about collaboration, and driven by the challenge of delivering exceptional results. Managing multiple projects of moderate to high complexity, you’ll define clear deliverables and success criteria, build robust timelines, anticipate and mitigate risks, and keep teams aligned and moving forward. As the central integrator, you’ll bring together diverse functions—R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and more—to ensure every milestone is hit and every launch is executed flawlessly.
With projects that often touch intricate supply chains and fast-moving consumer trends, your ability to lead, influence, and think several steps ahead will be critical.
