Our robust global portfolio includes Art + Commerce, IMG Fashion Events and Properties, IMG Models, and The Wall Group.</span><span> </span></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><u><span>The Role and What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Do:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><p><span><span>Responsible for scouting models, building industry relationships, managing a </span><span>team</span><span> and developing models for work.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Model Scouting and Talent Identification:</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Work with VP of Global Scouting to execute comprehensive model scouting strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target markets</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Work with VP of Global Scouting on attribution of budgets and timeline planning of global scouting strategy</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Identify</span><span> and </span><span>establish</span><span> a network of secondary market agencies, independent talent scouts, mother agents, and other industry professionals who are </span><span>procuring</span><span> talent. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage and oversee any </span><span>additional</span><span> scouting events and trips that the global scouting team may have throughout the calendar year</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Organize and coordinate a strategy to present to VP of Global Scouting a calendar of scouting events, casting calls, and auditions that IMG models will have a presence at.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Networking and Industry Relations:</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Build and </span><span>maintain</span><span> relationships with key industry players, including fashion designers, photographers, agencies, and clients.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Attend</span><span> industry events, fashion weeks, and trade shows to stay connected and </span><span>identify</span><span> potential collaborations or opportunities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and ethical practices related to modeling.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote the agency's models and services.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Team Management:</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Work with VP and HR to recruit, train, and manage a team of model scouts support staff.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Promote a culture of ment</span><span>orship </span><span>and profe</span><span>ssional development by actively engaging with and being present for junior team members.</span><span> Demonstrate a commitment to fostering their growth</span><span> by providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Model Development:</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Plan and coordinate the first trip for the models, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary planning.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Assess the readiness of the models to begin working professionally, providing guidance and support as needed.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Route models to secondary markets and manage placements when necessary.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>You Have These: </span></u><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Minimum of
