Houseperson, Hotel Housekeeping (Days)

4 or 5 day work week available $15hr  (Thurs- Mon or Thurs-Sun schedule 10am start times)

 

 

Essential Job Functions::

Performing duties with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment including carpet/floor care; maintaining the cleanliness of the guest room floors and storage closets as needed; picking up linen and garbage from housekeeping carts throughout the day; removing dirty linen from vacant rooms at a minimum of 10 rooms per Room Attendant per day; performing special projects assigned by supervisors; following safety and security procedures.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Education Preferred:          

Must be able to speak English and communicate via a radio. Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but will train excellent applicants.

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
• Able to lift and carry upwards of 5-15 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned area.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours at a time.
