Protiviti is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing People & Change team.  

What You Can Expect 

As a Senior Manager, you'll take a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients, driving market impact through business development in a highly collaborative environment and providing leadership in the delivery of engagements. You'll partner with our strategic clients to shape the future of the HR function.  You'll develop strategies and do the practical roll up your sleeves implementation work to help HR leadership team deliver business outcomes. You’ll build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
