Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individual care plans
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) license
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; home health experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• CPR certification and other relevant certifications as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
