The Job:
As a Workday Recruiting & Core HCM Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global HRIS team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to:
- Expert level skills in analysis, design, and configuration across multi-module within the Workday platform with a concentration in the Core HCM, Talent Performance and Development space.
- Transform business requirements and strategy into technically sound solutions with a keen sense for improvements to the employee and end user experiences.
- Well-versed and experienced Workday fundamental such as, EIB Data Loads, security concepts and custom reporting solutions.
- Configures complex business processes in large cross-functional initiatives alongside COE and functional stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing functionality, business processes and procedures to suggest enhancements or uptake of new functionality.
- Works with end-to-end process owners and Enablement team to document all in-system process flows and end user training & communication needs.
- Collaborate, with other team members, COE’s and stakeholders to create cross module testing strategies, plans and execution to ensure quality and control of implemented solutions.
- Partner and collaborate with Product Managers to support the review of continuous process improvement and their ongoing requests.
- Support and manage change through the SDLC in an agile operational framework.
- Assist with driving adoption, communication, and change management.
The Person:

- Workday Certifications preferred (Performance Management).
- At least 5 years HR Technology experience, with at least 3 years supporting Workday.
- 3+ years supporting Workday in an administrative role; success creating complex calculated fields, and developing eligibility, validation, and condition rules.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. Or B.S.) from an accredited College/University, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Business-related field preferred.
- Experience with software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Technical acumen, ability to bring creative solutions to complex opportunities.
