About the role

Company Description

Due to our growth, 360i is looking for a Media Technology Senior Associate. The main responsibility is to assist in the preparation, implementation, and management of digital media campaigns, including project timelines, gathering of assets, traffic instructions and creation of ad serving tags. This position is essential in the day-to-day running of the Media Technology department and designated accounts. This position requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. While advanced Media Technology thinking is not expected, the successful Sr. Associate is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate in advanced projects. The Sr. Associate, Digital Media Operations position is training-intensive and an aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures is essential.

Job Description

  • Campaign Support:
  • The Media Tech Senior Associate will own the campaign implementation process from beginning to end.  
  • The Senior Associate will act as a liaison between internal teams and support trafficking needs by scheduling placements, ads, and creatives as necessary throughout the life cycle of campaigns.
  • This individual will work with account teams to facilitate requests in the ad serving platform (i.e., GCM, Sizmek), implement tagging/pixel requests, and be the point of contact for AdOps internal teams on trafficking technology and implementation.  
  • This person will work independently and actively engage within GCM/Sizmek, troubleshooting digital creative, ticketing system, and quickly grasp a solid understanding of digital terminology, procedures, and best practices.  
  • Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Technical Operations:
    • Implement additional survey, audience measurement, verification, and other tracking components for vendors such as Adobe, Salesforce/Krux, Kantar, IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat etc. in addition to creating and managing floodlight tags to ensure proper conversion tracking.
    • Other responsibilities include pulling ad hoc reports, screening incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements documentation, coordinating the rotation of ads and escalating any technological issues to Media Tech leadership. 
  • Client/Account Team Relationship:
    • Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements.
    • Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner
    • Demonstrates active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time
    • Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible
    • Attends all status meetings when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Working knowledge of GCM/Sizmek, Viewability/DCO partners, Tag Management System, Conversion Tags & other Ad Technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills 
  • Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Effective time management capabilities
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaboratively 
  • Comprehensive understanding & successful application of secondary research tools.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($51,000 - $90,500). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
