Senior Business Analyst - SAP Commerce

This role is local to Philadelphia area

Job description:
o            Scrum Master / Safe Agile certification required
o            Expérience in information technology (IT) project management required
o   ��        Act as a leader to our software development team
o            Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together
o            Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
o            Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process

o            Good Application Support knowledge required
o            Work closely with business teams, development team and quality teams for project requirements
o            Good to have knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
o             Excellent documentation & communication skills

Successfully manage a RUN engagement by applying ITIL standards and by managing client expectations through SLA  
Experience on Application Management (experience like Digital Technologies- Salesforce, MSD, Content, BPM, Java, Angular)
Management and be aware of KM processes that are necessary to effectively manage RUN
Responsible for the delivery of all RUN scope activities like Incident, Problem, Environment and Change Management
Responsible for quality KPIs through corrective and preventive maintenance activities by engaging in RCA process and resolutions.6.
Ensure minimizing all backlogs of issues reported from production
Should have strengths in project planning, resource budgeting/forecasting, estimations, and stakeholder management.
Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Helping the Product Owner manage the product backlog effectively.
Removing any impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions.
Coaching the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. 
Promoting a collaborative and transparent team environment.
Liaising with stakeholders to improve visibility and clarity about the team's work.
Leveraging Agile tools to encourage and support continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Resolving conflicts within the team and promoting constructive disagreement.
