As a Cordant Solutions Projects Finance Manager, you are responsible for providing finance business partnering, financial planning, analysis and reporting for a business, or a P&L within a business. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.
 

As an Cordant Solutions Projects Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

• Managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
• Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning.
• Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
• Leading design and implementation of projects.
• Working goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month – 2 years time horizon

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs and projects
• Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $113,100.00 - $210,000.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
