Ambulatory Services | OP Rehab at DublinProvides physical therapy treatment to a diverse group of diagnoses including but not limited to spinal cord injury, head injury, stroke, & orthopedic patients. This position will have a focus on Spinal Cord Injury and Neuromuscular Disease- but will not be limited to just those patient populations. Responsible for the evaluation & development of a comprehensive care plan for all patients. Functions within a team concept of rehab professionals. This position could be assigned to other physical therapy departments with in OSU. Documents patients abilities, progress & outcomes. Provides quality physical therapy services to an assigned group of patients and performs duties associated with patient care and participation in interdisciplinary teams
Minimum Education - Required Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - All rehabilitation team members must be licensed or certified with the respective profession (physical therapy,), and meet the educational and/or certification requirements established by their professions Bachelor degrees; physical therapists. All academic degrees must have been granted from an accredited institution.
All licensed professionals must be cleared through the National Database of Practitioners. Typically, one-two years experience working in a medical setting is preferred for all professionals hired
