Job Summary

Mandatory Tip Split Position
Summary:   We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations while being flexible and able to work any and all venues, carrying the same attitude and service levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list. All other duties assigned by leadership are expected to be completed as requested): 

• Uphold the companies two (2) drink per person policy
• Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner
• Interact with the customers, take orders and serve drinks and snacks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations with your knowledge of the venue’s menu.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for the bar, our guests
• Responsible for keeping venue clean and organized per company standards
• Understanding pricing at your venue
• Assist in regular inventory counts at your venue
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
