This position is accountable for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of strategic marketing and product commercialization strategies, to both internal employees and external customers, that drive revenue, promote growth and create brand loyalty. This individual aligns to company-wide initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Develop a collection of powerful patient, provider and payor messages, proof points, evidence and stories to inspire belief, create awareness, drive loyalty and advocacy, recognize innovation and compel a change in the standard of care.
- Partner with our clinical affairs team to create compelling marketing materials, tools and programs highlighting our powerful real-world evidence.
- Work with marketing communications to drive national and targeted brand awareness, generate actionable leads and collaborate with the commercial sales organization to develop and convert leads.
- Develop comprehensive strategies and industry relationships to accelerate market share capture and market expansion.
- Partner with the marketing communications team to Identify and execute our participation, content and promotional strategy for trade shows and conferences, ensuring that the right audiences are engaged, while optimizing the impact and spend.
- Work closely with our training and education team in the development and delivery of content for our commercial sales organization.
- Manage market and competitive intelligence and positioning strategies to optimize share, revenue and profitability.
- Own, expand and refresh various marketing content and collateral.
- Work in tandem with the new product planning team to launch new products and programs.
- Identify and conduct VOC market research to inform marketing strategies, commercial programs and our new product pipeline.
- Participate in the development and execution of a comprehensive Educational Speakers Program.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Executive Team, Legal and People Operations.

- Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.
