Department Overview

The Video Security & Access Control (VS&AC) team within MSI is one of the most innovative physical structure security providers in the market. Composed of an experienced leadership team of proven experts leading the modernization of the workplace with a new industry-leading platform that streamline cloud access control and video management while tightening security.

Job Description

This position is critical in supporting the Video Products and Supply Chain organizations as we continue to grow Motorola's Video Security business. In addition, this role will participate in the rollout of the Artificial Intelligence framework. This is an ideal opportunity to develop, integrate and establish new processes in support of better operational execution through the utilization of artificial intelligence, data integrations and software offerings.

In this role, you will help lead the S&OP digital transformation working closely product management, sales, supply chain and finance.  You will be responsible for:

• Review, document, and identify process improvements within the Video S&OP process
• Drive improved utilization of sales data to lead to improved planning insights
• Assess and recommend new software solutions
• Assist in the implementation of artificial intelligence tools within the demand planning process
• Effectively communicating with cross functional business partners to support software and subscription based revenues through hardware deployments
• Developing and operationalizing financial dashboards and key performance reporting metrics using accurate and quality data.
• Play a proactive role in implementing new procedures to improve efficiency, automation, and integration.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processes.
• Exercises good judgment, flexible, and comfortable working under time constraints and with multiple operating constituents.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in manufacturing industry or supply chain finance organization 
• Prior experience in product development
• Experience in digital enterprise and or information technology
• Experience in working in a cross functional / matrixed organization 
• Prior experience in SAP a plus

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and 8+ years of experience
