About The Team
As a core member of our LLM Global Data Team, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Gain first-hand experience in understanding the intricacies of training Large Language Models (LLMs) with diverse data sets, and become a leader building and growing a vibrant team together with us!

Your Role Will Involve:
1. Gaining direct experience in data production processes, including drafting, revising, quality-checking, or performance analysis to understand the synergy between humans and data in LLM training.
2. Working closely with the leadership and HR team to design effective feedback loops for accelerating the professional growth of annotation specialists.
3. Tracking performance of team members and building training and supporting mechanisms.
4. Managing the day-to-day operation process of training operation or performance operation specialists.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent leadership experience in operation management. Experienced in managing a high-calibre team at a fast-paced innovative environment.
- Candidates should be intelligent, diligent, and skilled in providing feedback and individual growth advice to team members at different seniorities.
- Skilled at seeking a balance between employees' individual interests and organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 working years of experience as people manager. Experience with global teams, teams larger than 10 people, and in operations at leading AI/LLM companies are strongly preferred.
- A deep interest in LLMs, human behavior and user experience is essential. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic learner who finds engagement with diverse case studies and annotators stimulating.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $84000 - $188000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
